Online Course Terms & Conditions
Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Jennifer Davenport, operating as JD’s LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), and you (“Client”, “You”, or “your”).
By purchasing and participating in “The Complete Interior Design Course” (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Program Access
You will receive access to the Program materials, including lessons, resources, and any included bonuses.
Access is provided on a lifetime basis, defined as the period during which the Program is actively maintained by the Company. If the Program is discontinued, you will be given at least 90 days’ notice and the opportunity to download available materials.
Community Guidelines
The community is intended to be a supportive and constructive environment.
By participating, you agree to engage respectfully with others. This includes avoiding harassment, offensive or inappropriate language, spam, or disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove access to the community at our sole discretion if these guidelines are not followed. Loss of community access does not entitle you to a refund.
You agree to follow any additional guidelines posted within the community platform.
Intellectual Property
All Program content is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Program without prior written permission.
Personal Responsibility & Results Disclaimer
The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your own effort, experience, and circumstances.
Confidentiality
You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share any confidential information from the Program or its community.
Use of Submissions
If you submit comments, participate in calls, or post content within the Program, you grant us permission to use that content for Program improvement and marketing purposes. We will not identify you or disclose sensitive personal information without your consent.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Program, all sales are final.
However, we reserve the right to review rare exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program without refund if you violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Program.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
